- Associates degree in technical related field of study preferredCertification in computer repair or minimum five years experience with networking and/or troubleshooting computers, printers, and peripheralsProven ability to troubleshoot a variety of operating systems including Microsoft and AppleAbility to analyze and resolve hardwre and software problems.Basic knowledge in networkingMust be able to learn and support new and quickly-changining technologiesExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentAbility to clearly communicate using standard English languageMust provide own transportation to travel between facilitiesMust have use of a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
