Information Specialist

• Fields support calls, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.
• Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
• Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
• Arranges service for hardware vendors to repair defective products.
• Evaluates and applies Microsoft and 3rd party updates.
• Performs updates to the website and Intranet.
• Monitors Meditech Interfaces.
• Sets up new users.
• Creates Meditech menus for users.
• Work with various departments as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
