The Information Security Lead Analyst is responsible for assisting product owner with overseeing the development of Citi Connectivity Registry (CCR) functionality from start to finish to ensure they meet the clients’ needs and preferences. This role will have two primary responsibilities: 1) facilitate and oversee the implementation of projects that span the full life cycle from user requirements gathering, analysis and database design to implementation, and 2) hands-on design and delivery of client and management reports and reporting dashboards.
Responsibilities:
Be a primary liaison between business and development teams for product development, testing, support and ongoing maintenance of our customer facing application and reporting portal
Hands-on design, development and modification of reports, reporting dashboards, and reporting database structures (in Cognos, Paxata, Oracle)
Assist in determining the overall vision of CCR, managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to clients’ preferences
Understand client & product requirements and efficiently translate them into application functionality including user interfaces, business rules, workflows and complex logic
Oversee all stages of assigned product creation including design and development
Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
Manage the CCR backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Lead UAT testing cycles and maintain test script scenarios
Qualifications:
Highly proficient with relational databases, particularly modeling entity relationships and understanding SQL
Experience with Cognos, Paxata, and Oracle highly valued
A thorough understanding of application development and reporting architecture best practices
Ability to evaluate functional requirements and use cases then convert those into application logic, validation rules and data models
Experience of the full project development lifecycle
Experience coordinating various technical groups for dependency and roadmap alignment
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Knowledge of object-oriented programming
Knowledge of JavaScript and Web Standards a plus
Structured & logical thinking
Highly Organized
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
