The Opportunity

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics is seeking an Information Risk Management Analyst Co-op for our 2021 Summer Intern Program. The Information Risk Management Analyst Co-op will p rovide support to the Information Risk Management processes including, but not limited to, Third Party Risk and the continued customization and support of Archer.

The Responsibilities
  • Interact with Third Parties and Stakeholders regarding Third Party Risk

  • Analyze documents and data related to information risk

  • Follow up with Third Parties on submission of annual compliance documents

  • Input and maintain information risk data within Archer

  • Administer and customize the Archer GRC system

JOB DELIVERABLES:
  • Monthly Third Party Information Risk Reports

  • Third Party Information Risk Assessment Reports, as required

  • Documentation on the Information Risk Management process

The Requirements
  • Field of Study: Undergraduate degree in Information Security or Information Risk Management

  • Minimum years in school: 3rd year

  • Minimum GPA: 3.2

  • Broad knowledge of operating systems, Internet technologies and information security tools

  • Knowledge of Information Security

  • Working knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

  • This position can be either remote or on site
