Job Description
Your Job As an Inclusive Sourcing Manager, you will develop and lead a newly created team of dedicated Inclusive Sourcers. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and execute our top-of-funnel inclusive recruiting strategy, and will be responsible for setting proper benchmarks and metrics to help meet our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) goals. As a Talent Attraction leader, you will have an active part in championing inclusion not only at Indeed but across the Recruiting industry. You will partner with leaders across the company to execute on inclusive sourcing strategies that address our current and future hiring needs.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Responsibilities:
Build your team. Recruit, interview, hire and develop a new team of dedicated Inclusive Sourcers for our Talent Attraction organization- Identify inclusive sourcing program criteria and establish goals and metrics to measure performance
- Partner closely with our Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DI&B) team to ensure alignment on strategy and reporting
- Strategize with Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition teams to develop creative outreach and engagement strategies and content to continuously grow and diversify the organization’s talent networks
- Build the strategy and foster deep relationships with external partnerships and organizations for underrepresented groups
- Drive inclusive recruiting initiatives while collaborating with Indeed’s Inclusion Resource Groups (IRGs) and the DI&B team
- Partner with leaders across the company to deploy a balanced approach to building more inclusive talent pipelines, remaining considerate of both near-term business priorities and future hiring needs
- Develop and monitor performance metrics that improve sourcing efficiency while continuously identifying new approaches to increase the team’s overall productivity
- Leverage data to measure success and report impact and progress

- 10+ years of successful in-house or agency recruiting experience sourcing top talent with demonstrated experience in diversity recruiting, diversity program management or related
- Preferably 2+ years of experience leading diversity programs at scale
- Demonstrated expertise and passion towards Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
- Past success in developing strong internal relationships in order to gain support, influence and achieve cross-functional results across a company
- Demonstrated track record of championing inclusion
- Knowledge of the latest recruiting and sourcing technology as well as practical applications where that technology can be utilized
