Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Import Logistic Coordinator for a growing import company in Roseville, CA!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate import trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution duties associated with customer air shipments
  • Receive documents and initiate logging process, confirm data received is in compliance with all US Custom requirements, process all documents in accordance with requirements
  • Coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup and delivery, and finalize billing and distribute documents as required.
  • Review daily shipment monitoring reports
  • Ensure all communications are prompt and content is accurate.
  • Assist with other clerical duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience handling import trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker.
  • Two years of experience in customer service duties
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail are required
  • The ability to work on a team and leadership experience is strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suites, especially Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
