In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:
Be knowledgeable of and strictly comply with all food safety procedures
Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests
Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu
Requirements:
As a Manager, some of your core activities will include, but not be limited to:
Directing the daily operations of a quick service shop
Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, shop maintenance and team management.
Recruiting and financial accountability
Ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required.
Develop and motivate a staff of employees capable of meeting the shop’s objectives
Assign tasks to partners and ensure that they are doing them correctly and efficiently
Set an example for employees in all areas
Motivate team to comply with loss control procedures and to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and others.
Additional Requirements:
Prior customer service experience required
Prior management experience required
Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
