Within our Ice Cream Production team, there are a few different areas you could potentially work in, depending on your skills and experience:

• Ice Cream Packaging – In this area, you will be putting cups and lids on the line to make sure they are continuously filled and operating a filler machine. This is a cooled work environment (but not freezing temperatures).
• Ice Cream Palletizing / Materials – In this area, there are Palletizers who are manually (by hand) taking packs of ice cream off conveyors and stacking them onto skids. Palletizers are trained on powered industrial trucks (PITs) to fill a skid hopper with empty skids. There are also Material Handlers who are moving and staging ingredients, prepping them for production. Here, the temperature of the work environment varies; while the ice cream production area is not refrigerated, some of the warehouse areas where you’ll be retrieving materials could be as cold as 36-degrees.

Schedule – Work less than half of the calendar year! Rotating 12-hour schedule with openings on night-shift (6:00pm to 6:00am); every other weekend scheduled off and breaks are on paid time.

Requirements – Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Compensation – Competitive hourly rates starting at $19.00/hour and potential for pay increases within first year. Now offering a $500 sign-on bonus!
