We offer a wide range of programs; therapeutic foster care, CRR Host Home Programming, Behavioral Health Services, Case Management and services for programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex conditions.


Program Director IBHS Services
Have you been looking for a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services? Pennsylvania MENTOR is looking for a Program Director to oversee the Intensive Behavioral Health Services program in Lewisburg, PA. This IBHS program provides services to children with behavioral and emotional disorders and to children and youth living with autism and autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Area and Regional Director to manage the day-to-day operations of IBHS program(s) and a team.
  • Ensure quality of services delivered, and compliance with regulatory requirements, staff training, financial performance, and provide supervision to direct staff.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with individuals being served, families and guardians; and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans.
  • Implement program core growth strategy to maintain or increase census, maximize utilization and occupancy percentages, and assist with new start development.
  • Maintain and foster relations with case managers and referral agents; lobby on behalf of individuals receiving support.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human services field
  • Experience in Intensive Behavioral Health Services
  • At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience
  • Valid LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT or BSL license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
