HVAC/Boiler Tech NEW RATES

Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center a beautiful nursing facility located in Carlisle, PA is now hiring Maintenance Workers to join our team!

COMPENSATION:

• Up to $29 per hour based off experience and skills
• Looking for HVAC experience and boiler experience

Responsibilities:

• Provides maintenance duties as required.
• Stocks department supplies.
• Checks boiler, gauges and other equipment for proper operation, and makes minor adjustments if necessary.
• Makes rounds to ensure safety within buildings.
• Checks oxygen supplies and functioning ability; replaces oxygen as needed.
• Collects trash and recyclables.
• Transports materials to/from proper departments.
• Changes light bulbs as needed.
• Checks air conditioning and refrigeration units and charges as necessary.
• Installs equipment as needed.
• Cuts and trims grass, shovels or plows snow as needed.
• Makes plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs.
• Makes repairs to damaged equipment.
• Operates power equipment and hand tools.
• Paints required fixtures, buildings and other objects as directed.
• Performs carpentry duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• Training in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or painting preferred.
• 1 year experience in maintenance or custodial environment.
• Must be able to speak and understand English and follow oral and written instructions.
