Job Description
It's crazy. We've been in the heating and cooling business for 25 years now, and have seen many ups and downs (more "ups" thankfully!) of economy, weather, and technology.

But things are beyond "busy" now and we need to hire good, solid, caring people - who want to serve others, while learning and getting paid. Not bad!

Here Goes. . .

Residential HVAC Technician. This is for the person who has enough experience to know the job, but not so much that you know everything. This is for an eager, skilled, trained, reliable person who's also willing to train. Pay also runs with skill, from $60,000-$90,000 plus spiffs & bonuses.

Okay, I feel it's fair to say what I don't want too. If this offends you, I'm sorry in advance, but it's for both our good. . .

§ *No whiners. Look, bad stuff happens. But there's so much good out there that it makes no sense to focus on the bad. Each day is a gift, but you may have to remove a couple layers of wrapping first! Constant complainers need to find work elsewhere. . . like my competition! (Just kidding, really.)

  • No bad drivers. As most people in this industry already know, a flawed driving record is the HVAC career killer. If you're record is good - keep it that way. Don't drink & drive, follow the speed limit, and practice defensive driving to avoid accidents. If your record is bad, you won't be insurable and can't drive our vehicles; perhaps you could consider a dispatch, customer service, or warehouse position.

§ *No drug users. You have a problem. This job is not going to solve it. Get help. I drug test. Please tell your family or friends you need help. That's the first step.

§ *No "I hate my last boss and here's why" stories. This may sound harsh, but I don't care. That's in the past and this job is the future. Let's make it better by keeping the past right where it is.

Here's What to Do Next

1. Apply for this job.
2. Attach your resume & submit application

Promise: If you seem like a 'fit' we'll make an appointment. Even if all positions have been filled, I can refer you elsewhere. How can you go wrong? Respond soon.

P.S. Maybe it's no accident you're reading this ad. Let's get together soon.
