Job Description:
We are adding to our Service Department and are hiring a Journeyman Commercial HVAC Technician. We're looking for candidates with 7+ years of experience working in Commercial HVAC applications. The Journeyman Commercial HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding/brazing, and mechanical layouts.

Job Description:
We are adding to our Service Department and are hiring a Journeyman Commercial HVAC Technician. We're looking for candidates with 7+ years of experience working in Commercial HVAC applications. The Journeyman Commercial HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding/brazing, and mechanical layouts.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
- Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
- Keeps current all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
- Provides technical support to customers
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
- 6-8 years’ experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician – Specifically looking for strong Boiler Technician knowledge both in install and service
- Boiler, Condensate Drain, and Underfloor Heating Piping Experience
- RTU Install and Service
- Split System AC and Furnace Install and Service
- Valid CO Driver’s License and Clear MVR
- Current EPA License
- Can successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test and physical ensuring you can perform the duties of the job
