This position is based out of our Manassas, Virginia office. Must be willing to move to the Northern Virginia area for this role.

Required experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service Repair experience in residential service/sales
• Ability to work independently, maintain a “can do” attitude and be a team player
• Commitment to truly serving customers needs
• Effectively communicate issues, repairs, and recommendations to customers
• Attention to detail, demonstrate speed, accuracy in the completion of tasks

Training:

• Regular training classes
• Weekly service meetings with career coaching

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or GED)
• EPA HCFC Certification
