White Heating is looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to be a part of our future. We are seeking hard working, problem solving and critical thinking individuals looking to grow their career with an established company with an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosis and execution of service and maintenance repairs to Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Systems.
• Providing quality and efficient service in courteous manner
• Understanding Customer's short term and long term needs for HVAC systems and identifying opportunities for system enhancements or replacements.
• Operate and Maintain Company Provided Service Van to ensure inventory of parts are orderly and complete to meet the service needs of our customers.

Ideal Candidates will possess the following skills:

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Experience
• Excellent Customer Relations Skills
• Competency in current electronic & mobile service based technology
• Strong Work Ethic
• Team Player Attitude
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays for on-call/emergency service needs
• Ability to work with mobile technology-iPad/iPhone
