Here we grow again. We are a 50 year old family business that’s the absolute pinnacle of the residential HVAC business in San Diego. We have more work than we can handle so we're seeking for the best of the best.

If you have the perseverance, horsepower, and "can-do" attitude for this critical position, we will provide paid training, both classroom and on the job, with our expert installers showing you the ropes. Our best people love to train others and are bonused on growing our Level 1 Installers to eventually run their own teams.

We realize that a compensation package needs to be very aggressive to continue building our team of winners. If you have a real desire to learn this fantastic trade, have a solid work ethic, and can absorb and replicate our high standards of workmanship, we will commit to teaching you how to be a team lead.

Compensation: DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
