HVAC Install Lead

Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a licensed professional to join our HVAC Installation team! We guarantee FULL-TIME work. This position is for licensed HVAC Technicians who enjoy residential install. This position works first shift and will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, a company cell phone and tablet, and will receive all CEU classes at no cost to you. In addition to your base pay, you will also have the opportunity to earn performance-based pay.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.

• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in residential installation.

• HVAC Journeyman's license.

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis.

• Customer service oriented.

• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will have the ability to earn $70,000+ annually. We offer a competitive base pay and the rest is up to you and your performance. There is no limit to the amount of income you can earn. Overtime is available however, it is not necessary to meet your desired income.
