Previous work experience at an HVAC company is mandatory.

This position requires a person who is able to manage multiple tasks and is going to be responsible for multiple functions of the office.
Work will always take place inside an office and being available to work on call occasionally will be considered a strong asset.
Your job duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
Some of the required experience includes and not limited to:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the HVAC industry
- Advanced Quickbooks Knowledge
- Prior experience using a dispatch software
- Time Management and excellent organizational skills
- Willingness for continuous education
- Customer service oriented
- Computer and typing skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Be able to work under pressure
- Bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Customer service oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
