Job Summary:
The Employee Experience Supervisor will manage, track, and run the processes required to provide a great employee experience by understanding the employees’ perspectives, staying connected to the team, and ensuring all employees feel like they are a part of the company’s success. This position will drive employee engagement and create an environment that attracts and retains talent through a sought-after work culture. The goal of the Employee Experience Supervisor is to optimize operational touchpoints through focused agile and flexible workplace strategies that foster fast paces, high-growth, and productive environments that benefit all team members.
You’ll contribute to our mission by:
- Overseeing the Employee Services Office and Wardrobe
- Elevating the park employment experience for all team members through the development of new and enhancement of existing services, events, recognition and more
- Driving a positive culture and workplace experience for all team members
- Inspiring and supporting park departments to participate in improving their team member experiences
- Soliciting and responding to Team Member feedback on their employment experience
- Other duties as assigned
You’ll do it with your:
- Relevant experience or strong desire to improve the Team Member experience
- Adaptability and appreciation of change – this role will evolve as park and company needs continue to change
- Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
