Job Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Recruiting, screening, and interviewing job applicants.
Executing new employee orientation and helping to organize on-going training.
Maintaining updated employee records.
Overseeing execution of performance reviews.
Assisting with payroll.
Skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Familiarity with recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
