Our specially trained nurses and caregivers are available from one to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After an initial assessment over the phone or in person, our nurse will personally visit with the client and family members to discuss the most beneficial and cost-effective services.
As a personal care team member, you will be a true advocate engaging clients throughout their coordinated daily living activities, all while maintaining autonomy and independence to support their needs.

The PCL Human Resources Specialist is responsible for achieving company hiring and onboarding objectives for field staff positions in collaboration with care center leadership. This role also serves as the key point of contact for resolution of employee concerns.

What You Will Do
The PCL Human Resources Specialist is responsible for achieving company hiring and onboarding objectives for field staff positions in collaboration with care center leadership. This role also serves as the key point of contact for resolution of employee concerns.
- Manages and tracks the application process from receipt of application through hiring for online and in-person applicants.
- Sources, recruits, screens and interviews potential candidates. Selects candidates for hire in collaboration with care center leadership.
- Collects and maintains accurate new hire records.
- Plans, coordinates and facilitates new hire orientation sessions for all new field staff.
- Ensures compliance with all new hire requirements including documentation of compliance items within the scheduling system.
- Assists employees with resolution of concerns, escalating issues as needed to appropriate parties (care center leadership, payroll, employee relations consultant, etc.) and follows up as needed to ensure resolution.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. May be substituted by equivalent work experience (4+ year Human Resource experience)
- One (1+) years of experience in administration.
- Human Resources and or healthcare industry experience.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
