Position and Organizational Overview

This is a shared position between two organizations, Comprehensive Outcomes Management Technologies, LLC (COMT) www.comtoutcomes.com and Sababa Health Group – Outcomes and Analytics, LLC (Sababa) www.sababahealthcom. COMT and Sababa are separate organizations but have related ownership, workforce members and some similar functions. COMT and Sababa are both virtual health care start-up companies in similar phases of development. We work largely in the mountain states but are focused on national development and growth. We are based out of Denver, Colorado and our team members reside all over the United States. Both companies have been in operation for 3+ years.

Sababa and COMT each have a fast paced and changing environment. The teams work closely together, and fit is important. We are seeking a high-level professional interested in working across both organizations and with projects and initiatives as they arise. The teams are fun, motivated, and committed to impacting healthcare in a positive manner. We consider ourselves disruptive to mainstream healthcare in that we are interested in doing things differently, challenging the status quo, and redefining quality to meet our client’s needs.

Sababa and COMT clients include the patients we serve, the clinicians that use our services and are part of our organizations, the payers, insurers, and third-party administrators we support. Both COMT and Sababa are covered entitles and comply with all applicable federal and state laws.

Title: Human Resources Generalist

Position Description, Responsibilities, and Expectations

Professionalism

  • Complete tasks and projects in a timely manner
  • Begin and end appointments on time
  • Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Actively attend all workforce meetings and trainings
  • Perform all duties and demonstrate behaviors and attitudes consistent with the mission statement and core values of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Interface with recruitment and HR management software
  • Manage and implement workforce trainings, manuals, and policy and procedures
  • Manage workforce personnel files and track renewal and expiration dates of licenses, insurance, and other applicable documents
  • Research and manage database for state-specific requirements
  • Manage recruitment sources, including creating and revising job postings and monitoring job posting performance and budget
  • Manage recruitment process, including reviewing and screening applicants, conducting interviews and welcome meetings, and coordinating interview scheduling
  • Manage performance review deadlines, actions, promotion, payroll, bonus tracking, etc.
  • Facilitate workforce engagement
  • Participate on Joint Commission committee and other committees, tasks, and projects

Required Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in related field
  • Degree in related area of study
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound technology skills and comfort interacting via video/Zoom

Compensation:

  • $20-30/hour, depending on experience
