We are actively seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Human Resource Generalist, you'll make an impact by:

• Providing general HR support to two Dallas manufacturing locations and our Denver plant in multiple areas including, but not limited to, recruiting, on-boarding, employee relations and training.
• Partnering with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
• Demanding high standards in employee relations; including coaching, counseling, complaints, unemployment claims, disciplinary investigations and terminations.
• Assisting and supporting various HR projects including, but not limited to, annual benefits enrollment, compensation/market surveys, updating job descriptions, implementing great place to work initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, recognition program management, and standardizing HR processes, procedures and documents.
• Facilitating the new hire orientation process ensuring new team members feel welcomed and new hire paperwork is completed in the established timeframe (I9, tax forms, etc.).
• Reviewing applications, selecting qualified job applicants and conducting phone interview screenings and/or first in-person interviews for both temp and permanent employees.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years progressive HR experience/training.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25%.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local employment laws.
• SHRM certification (PHR or SPHR) a plus.
