Position Summary

Catalent is looking to recruit a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our growing team in Bloomington, IN. This is a first shift position, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Catalent’s Bloomington location provides drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. This award-winning facility helps customers accelerate biologic drug development programs and bring better treatments to help patients live better, healthier lives.

In concert with our Patient First philosophy, this role is critical in its focus to provide exceptional customer service through collaboration with our onsite team members. By supporting the employee base, we can create a working environment conducive to producing quality products for our clients and patients.

The Role:

  • Provide support as it relates to people issues, strategies, and initiatives
  • Facilitate and support new employee onboarding
  • Investigate and resolve employee matters and concerns
  • Commitment to excellence – maintains a positive attitude and willingness to see tasks through. Seeks opportunities to provide pro-active support in order to uphold company values
  • Support programs i.e. talent acquisition, performance management, policy administration, talent development, operational excellence, etc.
  • Lead/Assist HR projects as needed

The Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices
