Overview
Join Burlington’s Corporate Human Resources team as an HR Coordinator! The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Corporate HR, as well as the Corporate HR department as a whole.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate HR department
- Create and manage reporting to support the business and corporate HR team’s annual project cadence
- Maintain accurate company organizational charts as well as tracking all corporate status changes and completing payroll adjustments as required
- Coordinate small and large scale meetings/activities and send any necessary communications on behalf of the Corporate HR team
- Create and edit business correspondence, presentations, project plans, reports and analytical data
- Assist with inquiries and provide information to internal and external clients related to HR policies and procedures

- Support HR projects as assigned as well as assist with HR programs throughout the company
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting multiple managers or business units
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- High level of integrity and the demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, organizational, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail. Prompt in responding to issues with the ability to operate under pressure and to be very flexible at all times, including reprioritizing when necessary
- Ability to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines and targets
- Ability to make sound business decisions
- Strong problem solving skills; must be proactive and take initiative and have the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal/people skills; ability to establish and build partnerships with all levels of management and business partners
- Must have superior communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create and edit business correspondence
- Must have strong computer skills in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly master new systems and software applications
- Workday experience a plus
