Pinnacle is a firm that conducts patient and employee satisfaction surveys. Established in 1996, we have an office staff of 40-50 people, and an at-home workforce of 120 people.

Pinnacle’s clients use our services to measure and improve their customer and employee satisfaction levels.

About the Role

One of our core values at Pinnacle is that “People are our Purpose.” The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in this effort. This person will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including talent management, employee engagement, administering benefits, and oversight of company policies and practices. This person must possess strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. Additionally, this role will drive recommendations to leaders and drive the overall employee experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in human resources

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Ability to improve employee morale

  • Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws

  • Very organized with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs and retention

  • Influential partner with all departments and senior leaders

  • Operates with autonomy and discretion

  • Bias for action and a strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working in an environment which requires driving business goals and providing appropriate solutions for leaders

  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support

  • Ensure that new hire orientation properly introduces new employees to our company culture

  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees

  • Oversees the reporting of, and communication of, employee feedback through new hire and engagement surveys

  • Based on employee feedback, makes recommendations to leadership about strengths and areas for improvement

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

  • Ensuring compliance with regards to employment law, benefits, 401k, etc.

  • Create reports for internal teams regarding HR issues and initiatives

  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data

  • Work with a team to process information and make important business decisions
