We are currently seeking a proven, high performing professional to fill an HR Partner role in supporting multiple functional organizations. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will partner and collaborate with the HRPs and business leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives, while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the HR vision and mission. The ability to build relationships, exercise good judgment and work across the RTX matrix is critical in this role. The successful candidate should demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance.Responsibilities include:
- Coach leaders to increase their understanding and application of HR processes, as well as guiding them in managing employee situations
- Actively partner to deliver the full scope of HR solutions including but not limited to:
- Talent acquisition
- Performance management
- Leadership capability and development
- Compensation planning
- Employee development
- Succession planning
- Organizational effectiveness & organizational development
- Develop actionable project plans that support our client groups and HR strategies
- Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
- Educate business partners and employees on HR policy, process and practice to ensure effective execution and compliance with policies and drive execution of best practices locally
- Effectively resolve employee relations issues through partnership and influence with managers and employees
- Complete tasks that involve the development and manipulation of Excel spreadsheets and HR tools and the analysis of that data
Required skills:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
- Experience conducting employee investigations and managing employee issues
- Experience leading HR programs (Compensation, Performance Management, etc.)
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Able to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
- Demonstrated collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of styles at all levels in the organization
- Strong organizational/follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize and drive multiple and diverse tasks to closure concurrently
- Ability to think logically and independently, to comprehend complex issues and identify opportunities to add value and deliver effective solutions
