The HR Business Partner provides coaching and guidance to both leaders and team members across the enterprise regarding people related challenges. Working in close partnership with Leadership, the HR Business Partner is accountable for utilizing superb project management, facilitation, and communication expertise to deliver relevant, effective talent solutions and produce results while fostering strong business partner relationships. This role will implement human resources programs and provide human resources services, including performance management, employment processing, training, safety and health, retention, compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.Responsibilities:

The HR Business Partner provides coaching and guidance to both leaders and team members across the enterprise regarding people related challenges. This role will implement human resources programs and provide human resources services, including performance management, employment processing, training, safety and health, retention, compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.Responsibilities:
- Understand the business and its challenges in order to help address the organization and people needs
- Proactively utilizes Employee Relations and HR insights, metrics, and trends to identify barriers to achieving business results/ shares findings, recommendations and leads efforts for improvement.
- Serves as role model, ambassador, and educator of company core values, mission and Standards of Conduct.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale
- Ensure seamless execution of all HR programs and process across assigned division
- Craft the appropriate strategies and ensure execution all key talent processes – talent assessments, succession planning, leadership development, and other key interventions
- Partner with leaders to solve business problems and to executive on corporate-wide talent initiatives – with a focus on talent development
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives
- Partners with team members, leaders and Sr Manager, HR Operations to resolve Employee Relations and HR issues.

- Bachelors Degree required and minimum of 6+ years of relevant HRBP experience, ideally in a fast paced field organization
- Strong understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and talent development
- Strong training and development capabilities or prior experience working in functions like talent development
- Experience providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extremely flexibility to be proactive in a fast pace, ever changing environment
- Experience in developing, implementing and monitoring programs/processes that drive business results
- Ability to travel
- Knowledge of lawful employment practices (Federal and State)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel applications and company operational systems
