Human Resources Benefits Coordinator (Spanish Speaking)

A Human Resources Benefits Coordinator administers, educates and assists all Team Members with the various health and welfare benefits available to them. Administers, Worker's Compensation/Return to work program. Plans and promotes special events and projects and supports overall Human Resources function.

What will I be doing?

• Enroll and maintain medical/dental/thrift benefits programs for team members.
• Assist Managers with administrative functions, such as processing leave of absence, EDD claims and worker's compensation paperwork. Producing and distributing office correspondence.
• Assist team members with any benefits questions and procedures.
• Maintains adequate amounts of office materials and supplies as necessary.
• Assist team members with any administrative functions and cover administrative assistant's breaks as necessary.
• Assist HR staff members with special events and projects.
• Other duties and responsibilities as requested.
