About the role:


LifeMD is looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to support our Human Resources department. This position will assist with handling employee documentation, recruiting, enforcing company policies, and other administrative duties. The position will report to the Human Resources Director.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist employees with all HR queries
  • Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by management
  • Prepare new employee personnel records
  • Complete I-9 forms and verify I-9 documentation
  • Maintain employee files and documentation
  • Assist with the termination process
  • Review and enforce company policy and legal compliance
  • Must remain confidential regarding employee records


Candidate requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR
  • Experience with HRIS, iSolved preferred
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and on the phone
  • Computer literacy and organizational skills
  • Must be approachable and confidential
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance policies
