Hub Spot Specialist - Contract/Contract-To-Hire
Gate 39 Media, a financial and agricultural marketing and technology agency, is seeking a HubSpot Specialist to join our growing team. Your CRM experience includes at least 2 years working with HubSpot and related systems, such as Salesforce and Pardot.

Strategic Value of the Role
As a HubSpot Specialist, you will help our clients grow their business with HubSpot. You will be responsible for the technical setup of their CRM, the setup of campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, and blog posts, and the setup of workflows and automations.
Gate 39 Media is a Platinum Certified HubSpot Partner Agency - the ideal candidate in this role MUST possess mid-level experience with HubSpot Marketing, HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Service and CRM software. Possessing existing HubSpot Certifications and Inbound Certifications is required.
What You’ll Do
This client-facing role will work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of HubSpot and other CRMs to meet client needs. You will support the Senior HubSpot Specialist in executing inbound campaigns, CRM builds, and marketing and sales automation. You will also help answer client questions about HubSpot and Inbound.
Skills & Experience
- Develop deep knowledge of the HubSpot software.
- Assist in onboarding HubSpot clients and providing ongoing CRM support.
- Build landing pages, email campaigns, and blog posts.
- Build actionable reporting dashboards.
- Have the ability to connect data from various systems in order to capture ROI data.
- Meet with clients regularly to assist in their HubSpot adoption.
- Assist clients in resolving issues and answering questions via phone, email, and support tickets.
- Diagnose software issues and work with our development and marketing teams to resolve.
- Hands-on experience with other platforms: MailChimp, Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress etc.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords and other advertising platforms and how they integrate with HubSpot.

Requirements
- BA or BS degree in Marketing or related field required
- 2+ years’ HubSpot experience with CRM sales and marketing processes
- Required HubSpot Certifications Include:
- Inbound Certification
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification
- Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
- Financial industry experience preferred, but not required
