Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including Direct Reports

  • Responsible for researching innovative technology practices to address operational pain points and manual processes, developing system requirements, piloting, communicating and implementing new functionality. Support and expand Workday functionality and capability while also developing and executing the future direction of Onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition leaders, Recruiting GPO team, HR Control and Compliance partners, HR Technology partners, TAO regional teams and other HRSS pillar and regional leaders to drive process and system capabilities/standardization
  • Partner closely with stakeholders at various level of the organization and across functional groups to identify opportunities for improvement, define and document business/functional requirements, review technical design, execute user acceptance testing, and rollout/communicate/train upon implementation
  • Lead the TAO global reengineering and innovation strategy while also focusing on improving the customer experience, risk and compliance and data quality
  • Collaborate with Recruiting GPO and represent TAO globally on projects and in meetings
  • Manage capacity planning model and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on quarterly workforce management evaluation
  • Develop and oversee reporting and analytics across the organization including the development of the monthly MOR, DTA, STP and other reporting needs within the organization
  • Manage small team of Business Analysts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 10 + years of demonstrated leadership experience in program management, operations or technology. Business needs analysis, requirements documentation, testing expertise and system implementation strongly preferred. Experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and conflict resolution skills
  • Team player with the ability to manage in a matrixed environment
  • Change agent; demonstrated bias for action and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills, to all levels in the organization including senior level
  • High intellectual curiosity. Strong analytical and cognitive skills with ability to translate into actionable business decisions and execution plans.
  • Ability to work within a global environment with virtual teams
  • Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong leadership and business intelligence
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Project, sufficient to manage small to large-scale technology initiatives
  • Creative thinker with demonstrated ability to deliver innovative processes and technology solutions to solve complex problems.
  • Highly developed ability to work collaboratively and build productive relationships across multiple boundaries (geographic, business and function) with multiple levels of management, from VPs to senior level executives
  • Proficient at data reporting and analysis
  • Expertise with Workday functionality a significant advantage
  • Fluent English
