The right HRIS Data & Reporting Analyst will have the ability to handle multiple high-impact data & reporting projects simultaneously in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. The primary focus of the HRIS Data & Reporting Analyst role is data and reporting support and maintenance of organizations primary employee database and other systems supported by the Human Resources team. You will serve as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data warehousing solutions its implementation and maintenance as well as extensive report writing including dashboards to the growing client base. The HRIS Data & Reporting Analyst should be able to implement data warehouse solutions to transfer and consolidate data from legacy/current systems, maintain data warehouse solutions, develop and support HRIS reporting and dashboard implementation and assist with other technical projects as assigned.

• In conjunction with IT Implement a central database solution for current/legacy systems.
• Proposing, implementing, developing and maintaining data warehouse solution.
• Download data from legacy system, assist with system conversions and data transfers to the data warehouse solution.
• Acting as liaison to HR partners, responding to ad-hoc data requests, developing, and managing reports & dashboards from data warehouse solution and current HRIS systems.
• Develop user guides, training, and system documentation for the proposed Data warehousing and reporting solutions. (i.e. maintain project plans; folders; milestones; resource requirements; and communication related to HRIS projects.)
• Providing technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues related to dadta and reporting.
• Provide HR reporting support and expertise as part of cyclical HR activity.

Qualifications:Required

• Bachelor's degree, in lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting as well as data warehousing
• Experienced with HR data systems & reporting, especially dashboards and key metrics
• Minimum 3 years of experience with data infrastructure or data analytics platforms preferably PowerBIAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to compile and analyze data
• Ability to team-up and work as member of a very united and fast paced HR team.
• Ability to be creative and set reporting expectations for requestors as it relates to access, data and structures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of data
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to explain data and metrics to non-technical audiences
• Deep familiarity with data warehouse technology and implementations scale

Preferred

• UltiPro BI Report Studio certification

• A quiet, private, distraction-free home office work environment
• A reliable high-speed internet connection (cable, DSL, or fiber) with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload. Most positions will require that you be hard-wired to your internet access and Wi-Fi will be disabled. Traveling with your computer is not allowed unless travel is required for the position.
