As our impressive growth continues across the MidAtlantic, we are currently recruiting a HRIS Analyst to help us continue the tradition of providing quality OB/GYN care to patients at our location in Voorhees, NJ
POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Analyst is a critical role within the HR team who will focus on HR project management, technical and operational support of HR systems, and all things people in support of key components of Axia’s employee lifecycle processes. We are looking for an energetic self-starter to support administer policies and implement programs to effectively impact our most important resources – our people. This person will utilize his/her skills in the areas of operational processes, staffing, training, engagement, and compliance including but not limited to:
- Ensure accuracy of data within all HR systems
- Regularly conduct audits and coordinate corrections where applicable to maintain data integrity
- Identify and implement areas of improvement within HR processes to optimize the experience
- Effectively lead change management efforts tied to process or program changes
- Act as a point of contact and provide excellent customer service by answering complex requests and questions for Axia employees while partnering closely to support the HR and Payroll teams.
- Support the end-to-end processing of key employee lifecycle events including, but not limited to, New Hires, STD/Leave of Absences, Separations.
- Gather and analyze metrics/trends related to HR policies, practices and programs; advise and guide the management and staff in the effective application of all Human Resources programs based on results of the analysis
- Complete advanced HRIS and Compliance reporting initiatives.
- Partner with employee engagement leaders to align HR process and program strategies with cultural alignment of Axia’s vision, mission and values.
- Support escalated questions from the HR Team related to policies, processes, employee programs and rewards such as benefits and payroll questions in compliance with all federal/state labor and related laws.
- Support the HR Team, Corporate Functions and Practices by assisting with HR-related needs. It is crucial that there is consistency in practices and analysis of trends.
- In partnership with HR Business Partners, coach both managers and employees on decision-making, employee issues, communication, etc.
- In partnership with HR Leadership, act as a point person for escalated employee concerns and assist with addressing these concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. This includes assisting with issues pertaining to leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, terminations, and disability accommodations.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, or related field. A person without a bachelor may still qualify if they have at least 3-5 years of experience.
- PHR preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources position
- Knowledge of UKG Pro highly recommended
- Previous experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS.
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and workplace compliance
- Proactive customer-service approach. Ensures response is quick & effective to needs.

- Aptitude for problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement. Ability to adapt quickly based on business needs.
