Job Description

At ECB Engineering Firm, we are working with an important company in the renewable energy sector that is currently looking for an HR Technician in Illinois, USA.

The selected person will have the following responsibilities:

- Management of payroll incidents, management of staff registrations and terminations.

- Improvement of procedures and manuals.

- Resolution of unions’ incidents.

- Responsible for onboarding.

- Management and registration of schedules, computer equipment and EPIS.

- Management of on-site personnel.

- Participate in the implementation of internal policies.

- Support for personnel selection.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

DEGREE AND KNOWLEDGE

Degree related to Labour Relations and/or Human Resources.

Technical knowledge of labour relations in the USA

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated experience in HR Technician/Labour Relations Technician or related positions.

Experience on site and knowledge of the sector in the United States is desirable.
