We are looking for an HR Project Leader to work with our expert Human Resources team of nearly 8,000 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for leading complex, global HR integration projects? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
The HR Project Leader will be responsible for developing and delivering detailed project plans and analytics, leveraging Danaher DBS methodology. Scope of work will encompass HR initiatives that support the integration and full operationalization of Cytiva as an independent operating company. This is a highly visible role, requiring credibility and ability to drive results through others.
The successful candidate will have the ability to identify opportunities and barriers to effective integration through partnerships with functional and cross-functional workstream leaders, and will drive projects to conclusion within pre-established time and budget parameters.

Specifically:
Develop and deliver HR project action plans plans, identifying and managing interdependencies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, utilizing Danaher DBS methodology.
Analyze organizational data, leveraging to formulate recommendations to support organizational initiatives related to business integration.
Leverage Agile project leadership concepts to drive desired outcomes, lead regular operating mechanisms and drive accountability at individual level.
Establish and drive appropriate functional success metrics to completion, which align with overall integration objectives.

Who you are

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional HR functional experience.
Experience managing project plans, leveraging Danaher DBS or other Lean tools.
Expertise extracting and analyzing data in Excel, with ability to scrub and simplify content for reporting.

Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field.
5+ years HR experience.
Demonstrated ability to successfully drive results in cross functional team, through intelligent debate and cross functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to apply Agile, Lean and contemporary change management concepts to drive appropriate behaviors and sustainable change.
Strong command of Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint; Excel, Word.
