Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and implement Employee Engagement Surveys, pulse surveys, exit surveys and other ongoing and ad hoc surveys to allow for all voices to be heard
- Analyze and report on people data to support HR, Learning and Development, and Operations teams
- Translate data and trends for a range of audiences
- Prepare presentations on people analytics to a range of stakeholders, including making recommendations around employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and other people topics
- Act as the internal administrator for People Operations systems. Administrator duties include, but are not limited to:
- Update templates/forms/permissions as needed/requested
- Stay on top of new software releases and how they might impact business and/or how business might want to implement
- Make recommendations on how the tool can support new people processes
- Launch and close feedback surveys across the Divisions
- Maintain user data and ensure employee lifecycle surveys are launched
- Create and run reports and dashboards within tool
- Create instructions for users
- Handle ad hoc requests
- Support HR and Recruiting teams with career page, recruiting channels and social media to foster engagement
- Assist in the development of team member communication
- Lead HR Operation Projects and timelines
- Generate and report project status reports to Management team.
- Develop and report on metrics to support continued improvement efforts for employee engagement
- Provide DE&I/ Demographic reporting for the Organization
- Develop, execute, and evaluate strategic and innovative projects for the HR Operations team related to all HR products.
- Prepare project deliverables – scope documents, functional requirements, project plans, test plans, communication plans, user guides etc.
- Act as a partner with IT Business Analyst on a project scopes requiring IT support
- Be a collaborative partner on the department OKR strategies
Other Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to manage concurrent projects, prioritize competing assignments, and work under pressure with tight deadlines and frequent interruption. Experience preparing strategic communications for presentation to various stakeholders. Ability to manage and be discreet with confidential information. Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building abilities. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience with platforms (e.g., Workday, other cloud based HRIS and HCM applications and engagement platforms); Previous experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc.) Understanding of how to interact with and energize a broad range of multi-generational, diverse employee groups. Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking key performance metrics including return on investment. Ability to execute and manage multiple projects while working at a detailed level. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
