A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Engages with associates and HR Business Partners in outreach programs throughout the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management coaching, ADA, policy interpretation, etc.
• Support and manage the performance management cycle in UKGPro
• Develop and implement communication and marketing plans for people programs
• Stays up to date on trends, knowledge, and research related to talent management; evaluates and implements for organization, as needed
• Provides support with project planning through the development of our talent management programs
• Assist HRBPs on individual development plans as well as discipline or performance plan documentation as needed
• Support HRBP’s and the Operations teams on compliance related manners.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
• Provides guidance, advice, and training to improve business' understanding of related laws and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations
• Coordinate and track compliance training calendar for all associates
• Create, update, and interpret ARCO policies
• Manage associate visa sponsorship process with outside counsel
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and other duties as assigned

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 2-4 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, experience with talent management and compliance (EEO, ADA, AA, FMLA, etc.) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional Human Resources/business certification or equivalent experience desired
• Experience with an HRIS considered a plus
