Description

We are excited to welcome an HR Generalist to the team. The ideal partner in this role brings practical knowledge of HR and Benefits compliance, strong data analysis skills, and a desire to create an excellent employee experience through customer service.

As an HR Generalist you will:

  • Provide support for local offices and employees in onboarding, benefits, and leaves of absence
  • Collaborate with Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely changes impacting payroll
  • Assist with annual Benefit plan enrollment, audits, and required filings
  • Research, develop, and maintain internal process documentation
  • Assist in preparing annual Affirmative Action Plans and salary surveys
  • Provide technical support for users of KPFF’s HRIS platform and Applicant Tracking System
  • Keep current on federal and state laws, and work with the team to address changes

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of HRIS experience supporting a variety of HR applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business, or related field
  • HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong knowledge of Excel
