Job Description: *
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with projects related to our talent programs and culture efforts. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that expands across the globe and develop an understanding of the HR organization.
What you’ll do:
- Get the opportunity to contribute to high-impact global projects
- Gain hands-on experience and exposure to the business environment
- Participate in HR virtual social events and other company activities
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks
- Provide recruiting coordination and resume screening support for hiring managers and candidates
- Assist with global new hire onboarding
Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting efforts such as, but limited to working closely with hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process
- Schedule candidate interviews, logistics in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in creating amazing programs and initiatives that reinforce our company culture and help our team come together and thrive
- Responsible for assisting and driving various Human Resources projects
- Actively participates in all other Human Resources initiatives and programs as appropriate and coordinates employee events
- HR Data Management - updating HR databases
- A plus, provide data insights and creating dashboards
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Takes initiative, can work and begin tasks independently
