Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Human Resources professional to join our client-facing Managed Human Resources (MHR) team in Washington, DC. The Human Resources Coordinator is part of a team of HR professionals who will assist with the day-to-day HR operations as required per our scope of services agreement with each client. Responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the MHR team on a variety of HR related functions such as: benefits administration, payroll processing, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding/off- boarding and project work such as HR audits/assessments; employee handbook creation/revision; and compensation benchmarking.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of one-year of relevant experience or any similar combination of education, training and experience.
- Familiarity of federal and state employment and benefit laws and HR trends and changes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and payroll systems.
- Ability to learn new systems as required.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail a must.
- Ability to switch from one task to another seamlessly.
