The HR Compliance Analyst also has oversight of the electronic employee records, including systems enhancements.The HR Compliance Analyst role provides day-to-day support to the HR Compliance Department including advanced reporting, trouble-shooting and technical work around options for software deficiencies. Additionally, the HR Compliance Analyst monitors and audits workforce data for new and existing hires in alignment with federal, state,industry or company standards. Job ResponsibilitiesAnalytics

- Is responsible for providing HR Compliance data to the organization in the way of metrics, reports, and data analytics.
- Works with HR Compliance Team to analyze, identify and find solutions to manual processes.
- Develops and maintains HR Compliance dashboard; reports on trends and escalates variations accordingly.
- Provides support and guidance to HR Compliance team for troubleshooting configuration and reporting issues.
- Works with HR Technology and/or independently to develop and generate HR Compliance specific queries and reports as needed.
- Maintains data integrity in HR Compliance systems by conducting routine audits, analyzing data as well as day-to-day transactional review/approval and support.
- Works with HR Technology to identify new opportunities to enhance functionality or improve processing efficiency.
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Human Capital Management (HCM), aka Lawson or Workday, etc. system functionality and reporting.
- Develops clear user documentation including Job Aides and Online Content
- Trains HR Compliance Team on new process functionality as needed.
- Assists in performing Business Requirements Analysis to enable new capabilities.
- Trains new HR Compliance Team members on HCM systems as needed.
Act153 Reporting and Analytics
- Designs and generates reports as well as statistical summaries related to Act 153 background checks to inform and communicate information to managers, HR Business Partners, Senior HR Leadership, Recruitment Teams and employees.
- Creates reports to apprise and communicate internal employment status changes to CHOP Health Care Workers with background screening vendor for better accuracy in overall process.
- Conducts bi-weekly audits of new hire files to ensure documentation meets Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitors and reports data trends and escalates any issues to appropriate senior leadership.
- Addresses and reports any discrepancies
- Determines user group security and design access accordingly. Create and maintain documentation related to security access.
- Lead Responder for the EERecords Mailbox and accountable for maximum 24 hour response time with all communications.
- Oversees electronic employee records database for entire hospital and ensures all documentation for employees are compliant based on pre-determined criteria.
- Responds to internal and external requests for information from employee files for legal, regulatory, employee relations, or recruitment purposes.
- Manages process with external vendor for the retention and destruction of terminated employee files in accordance with company policy and federal guidelines.
- Maintains the Employee Records section on the Compliance Community page and content contained within.

- Participates in audits and preparations as needed for Joint Commission, OFCCP, EEOC, CMS, Departments of Health and Labor
- Additional tasks as needed by the business.
