We are for an efficient HR Assistant / HR Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in Human Resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. Assist in some other functions as required.
- Assisting the HR Manager and Recruiter with recruitment duties
- Reviewing available positions and candidates requirements
- Communicating with management
- Posting job applications on Social Media and jobs sites
- Tracking open positions using recruitment software
- Assisting the hiring team with the Onboarding process, and screening candidates
- Conducting initial phone screening
- Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
- Implement and follow the Company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports, documents, emails and calls
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
- Conducts audits, benefits or other HR programs as required
- Assists with processing of terminations.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage data and information from multiple sources.
· Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to organize effectively and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS
- Associate's Degree in HR, Business, or Related Field. Bachelor’s (Preferred)
- Human Resources: 1 year (Required) Recruiting 1year (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advance interpersonal skills
- Good Organizational Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
