What you’ll be responsible for:

• Full cycle recruiting (making recruiting calls, keeping the candidate pool under 10 people at all times, taking fliers and posting them in appropriate venues, engaging the current workforce and seeking referrals, etc.).
• Assisting with the 1st and 2nd shift workforce, including recruiting, payroll, employee relations and any office administrative duties.
• Assist in maintaining sound client relationships and partnering with HR, the executive management team production supervisors and production leads.
• Support the onsite manager in coordinating with the Risk Department regarding injuries and workers compensation.
• On-floor coaching of associates, and inspection for quality and safety.

What you should bring to the table:

• Energy and excitement to work in a position that will be rewarding.
• 1-2 years of Recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on individual with a positive attitude toward change and resilient under pressure to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
