HR Administrator
Part-Time (24 hours/week)

Dhillon Inc. is a FedEx contractor, supplementing package delivery for the White Marsh, Maryland area. We're in need of a part-time (24 hours per week) HR Admin person to primarily support our ongoing recruiting efforts.
Required skills:
- MUST be in a reasonable commute of White Marsh/Baltimore, MD
- MUST have at least 3 years recruiting experience (volume recruiting is a plus)
- MUST have experience writing job ads
- MUST be experienced assessing candidates from online sources (Indeed, LinkedIn, other online job boards)
- MUST be experienced screening applicants for requisite experience
- MUST have experience entering qualified candidates into online background/drug screen database and monitor progress (First Advantage is a plus)
- Provide daily (during rush periods) or weekly status updates re: eligible candidates
- Coordinate candidates with co-worker responsible for documentation, badging, onboarding
- Be local primary point of contact for employees' questions, support, onboarding (as-needed)
- Attention-to-detail
- Meticulous at following up with applicants/candidates
- Communicate and coordinate clearly and effectively
- Must speak English fluently
- Must be authorized to legally work in the US.
Preferred skills:
- Background in HR (at least 3 years)
- Application of HR policies/procedures
- Review of company policies/employee handbook with new hires
- Employee surveys
Remote requirements:
- MUST have your own computer, printer, internet already set up and able to use
- MUST have your own phone and your own email address
- MUST have your own MSOffice software and be proficient at using it
- MUST know how to use Google (email, google.docs, google.sheets) and PDF
- MUST live in Maryland in a commute less than an hour from White Marsh, MD. There may be occasions where you can onboard new hires in person as well as offer other HR support on-site. You can grow in this job by being in on the ground floor and making it yours.

Pay rate:
$18/hour to start on the company payroll.

COVID-19 considerations:
Work is remote now and most of it will continue to be after pandemic is controlled (may be on-site to support HR activities). Currently, work is done online, by phone, or by online meetings. Interviews will be online or by phone.
