Job Description
We are seeking an HR Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- HR tasks working with employees to collect documents and timesheets.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Work on legal and immigration documents
- Work on accounts and vendor follow ups
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR Admin or Legal Assistant related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
