Job Description

We are seeking an HR Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • HR tasks working with employees to collect documents and timesheets.
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Work on legal and immigration documents
  • Work on accounts and vendor follow ups
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR Admin or Legal Assistant related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
