Job Description

If you have an obsession for cleanliness and enjoy working with a team, you could be our next Housekeeping Supervisor at Residence Inn by Marriott II Lugano at Fort Lauderdale. Being a successful housekeeping supervisor takes a blend of custodial knowledge and management capabilities. You must take personal accountability for the cleanliness of each guest room and set a good example for your team. Excellent communication skills are essential to being successful in this role as you will be working with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

The starting pay rate for this position is $13.00 per hour

You must have flexible scheduling availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Job Requirements:

  • Inspecting and clean guest rooms to ensure brand standards are met
  • Inventory Cleaning Supplies
  • Training new housekeeping staff based on hotel policies and standard
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Performing well in a sometimes chaotic and fast-paced environment
