Job Description


The Housekeeping Lead serves as the point of contact for the assigned housekeeping shift and works to maintain a clean, healthy and quality experience for each guest that visits Eataly. Reports to the Housekeeping Manager.

  • Serves as the point of contact for the Housekeeping team
  • Participates in and supervises all housekeeping and dishwashing activities
  • Assists with team member training
  • Leads pre-shift meetings
  • Inspects team members’ assigned stations and provides feedback
  • Serves as a role model for the team
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of housekeeping experience
  • Knowledgeable of housekeeping and dishwashing procedures
  • Ability to be hands-on in a high-volume work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Job Requirements

  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
