HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Temporary: Days

Job Description:

• Follows designated cleaning schedule of apartments.
• Preforms daily cleaning activities of community areas and responds to daily housekeeping requests (work orders).
• Makes daily rounds to review the housekeeping needs of the community.
• Maintains inventory of housekeeping supplies on cart and storage area.
• Responds appropriately to residents housekeeping requests and reports any resident concerns of safety.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and follows all community policies and procedures.
• Responds to emergency situations in accordance with the Emergency Procedure Manual.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of smoking regulations and procedures.
• Ability to perform the physical and essential requirements of the position.
• Prefer previous housekeeping and/or healthcare experience.
