Overview:
House Supervisor-Registered Nurse-Full time-7P-7A-Alternate weekendsSign on/Retention bonus $15,000* Great Salary Range!!!
Directs and supervises hospital functions and activities Monday - Friday 5pm - 7am and Saturday - Sunday 24 hours/day. This is in cooperation with the Administrative Staff, Executive Director of Inpatient Services, Department Directors, and Nursing Directors. This responsibility includes the appropriate utilization of the Health Center's resources to optimize patient care. Assures that the philiosophy, mission, goals, objectives, policies and procedures for the department, Health Center, and Sister's of Mercy are implemented.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of a board accredited School of Nursing.
    Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse. CPR Certification through the American Heart Association for Health Care Providers within 30 days. ACLS, NRP, and PALS required
    Experience: Sufficient previous experience in a supervisory capacity, such as Charge Nurse. A minimum of 5 years RN experience in a hospital setting prefered.
