RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and coordinate all House Cleaners for daily set up and route assignments
• Provide leadership and coaching as needed to House Cleaning team
• Arrive at office/customer home on time with great attitude, all necessary supplies and in uniform
• Load and maintain supplies in company vehicle
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to management
• Greet customers with happy, positive attitude and explain or answer any questions they have
• Safely bring equipment/product supplies into customer home and use appropriately
• Execute ecomaids 64-Point Cleaning Checklist as trained in each customer's home/apartment
• Convey any unusual findings about customer's home to the customer
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are removed from customer's home and loaded into vehicle safely
• Notify customer's when leaving and say good-bye warmly
• If on recurring schedule, remind customer of next appointment
• Occassional own vehicle use; requires reliable vehicle and clean driving record; reimbursed per mile

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous House Cleaner and team leadership experience required
• Strong work ethic and proven reliability
• Eye for cleaning details and ability to organize tasks efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and leadership
• Safely and cost effectively use cleaning products to achieve desired result
• Comfortable and discreet in customer homes
• Must pass a background check
• Vaping only while on breaks, no cigarette smoking
• Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle (personal use 2 days/week; mileage paid.)
